Tonight is my last Council meeting as your representative. There is a meeting in October, but I will not be here that day, unfortunately. This was a June change to our meeting calendar and I cannot change my calendar. This will be the only council meeting missed in four years as your representative. I want to thank all the folks who have emailed me, or phoned or come into the post office to wish me luck and to express their satisfaction with the job I have done. It has been an honour to represent you and I appreciate having had the opportunity. Please be sure to vote. And go on the municipal website to see what’s up. I will be available as your councillor until the election.
