Farm Day

There was a huge turnout for farm day at Sunni Knol Farm, owned and operated by John and Angela Van de riet. People were able to see where their milk and, this year, honey comes from. There were also some local crafters selling their wares. Farm day provides an opportunity for us to feel the earth beneath our feet and become connected with our food sources. As the world population grows, the management of our farm land will become increasingly important. Think about what you eat and where it comes from and its implications for society.
