It’s a beautiful and busy time and we have lots of visitors with the super bike races. If you have a chance, go up to the Motorsport park and check out the action. It’s near the end of North Salem Road. I had a lovely email from someone who specifically sought out our dock and went for a paddle up the river. I hope to get signage and some landscaping funded next year. A volunteer is going to trim around the dock on Sunday - everyone’s so busy it’s a bit overgrown. Even if you don’t paddle, it’s quite peaceful to stand on the dock in the river. And don’t forget to visit the Tin Smith Museum and afterwards check out the craft shop. Another gem, right in our village.
