Are you ready - Your Hay Days / Canada Day committee have been working hard getting ready and exciting Day of Celebrating our Countryies Birthday.

They have a FULL DAY of events

  • 8:00am - 10:00am Breakfast at the Legion 
  • 10:00am - Community Church Service in the Park - bring your lawn chair - come and enjoy
  • 10:00am - 3:00pm Classic Car Show at the United Church - BBQ and Strawberry Shortcake
  • 11:00am - Activities in the Park begin - Bouncy Toys - Kids Carnival - Petting Zoo - Mini Hay Rides and much more
  • 11:00am - Zumba in the park in front of the stage
  • 1:00pm - Canada Day People Parade
  • 2:00pm - Opening Excercises in the Park - Welcome Ceremonies - Canada Day Cake
  • 2:30pm - Jello-Eating Contest - Pizza Eating Contest (sign up at Shubie Pizza)
  • 3:00pm - Rubber Duck Race on the Shubie River - purchase your ducks at Shubie Pizza - Tinsmith Museum - fund rasier for Hay Days
  • 4:00pm - Darren Howse in Concert - in the Shubie River Park - on the Stage
  • 7:00pm - 10:00pm  Ruckus - LIVE in CONCERT in the Park 
  • 10:00pm - FIRE WORKS - some of the best in the reagion - GREAT VIEW from the Park

You won't want to miss a minute of this exciting day of activity.  Drop by the Tinsmith Museum to Celebrate our Village History - Open 10:00am - 5:00pm

Your Hay Days Committee has been working hard getting ready for an exciting Canada Day /Hay Days Celebration.

July first their will be full day of activity.

  • We could use some extra Volunteers if you would like to help out
  • There is still oppoortunity for contributions to supoprt Hay Days
